Hotel a Kansas centrale

“This was a fun, unique overnight site. The caboose was roomier than expected and very comfortable. It's design and decor were on point in keeping with a train line theme. Although quite compact, the kitchenette was well stocked. Our host had left gift cards for a breakfast site, car wash and access to the country club. The most memorable part, you ask? Well, the night we stayed a major thunderstorm came through with 80–100-mile winds. The train is located down 1/4-mile gravel lane - lined...

“The property was clean and the staff very friendly. The only things I didn’t like was that they don’t have curtains and that the parking is VERY limited.”

“Rooms are so tiny. The toilet was 4 ft from our bed. The sink wasn’t in the bathroom. The bed and pillows were hard as a rock. Barely enough room to walk around the bed. The staff had a toddler who kept screaming and you could hear him upstairs in the room. The shower was so short we had to bend over to wash our hair. Air conditioner barely kept up in the room and the hallways were very muggy and hot. We stayed less than 4hrs before deciding to just take the loss (since no refunds or prorating)...

“The bathroom door did not close and the fan in the bathroom did not work either when I told staff they brushed it off. Very out of character for Hampton I usually have great experiences at their hotels. I will be rethinking staying at another one.”

My spouse said the bed was uncomfortable, I did not experience that but the breakfast was super minimal, this may be the lack of guests during the weekdays.”
